1. Operator and scope

This policy explains information handling on the website operated by Support Circle — Shien no Wa, an unincorporated voluntary association, with co-representatives Sakai Kenzi and Uemura Manabu. 2. Information received through enquiries

When you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, subject, message and any necessary attachments. This site has no membership-registration or card-information entry form. Do not send identity documents, detailed medical records, card numbers or authentication information at the initial enquiry stage.

3. Purposes of use

We use information to respond to enquiries, verify activities and published content, correct articles, confirm publication permission, prevent misuse and operate the site safely. Sending an enquiry does not automatically add you to an advertising mailing list.

4. Access information and analytics

The site is hosted by Floot. The hosting service may process connection and access information for secure delivery and maintenance.

Floot analytics uses memory mode, configured not to store its session identifier in localStorage or cookies on the device. Separately, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, referrers, device usage and clicks on support sites, social links and email links. GA4 may use cookies or other identifiers and transmit information to Google. We do not send enquiry message contents, medical records or payment details as analytics events.

Analytics helps us understand use and improve readability and support navigation. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are not enabled. 5. Photographs, stories and medical information

Names, images, ages and medical information of beneficiaries are handled only within the scope needed to introduce support stories and after checking permission. Stock or illustrative images are distinguished from real activity photographs. Contact us about corrections, deletion or the scope of permission.

6. External payments and social networks

For Gia Han, Malaysia shelter rebuilding and website/activity support, choose an amount and currency on the respective donation page and proceed to Stripe Checkout. Support Circle’s website does not receive card numbers. Stripe and campaign operators handle payment email addresses, amounts, currencies and transaction identifiers for payment verification, records and refunds. Stripe processes card details.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok links take you to those services. We provide links rather than embedded social widgets. Each destination’s privacy policy applies.

7. Sharing, service providers and retention

We use services such as Gmail and Floot as necessary for enquiries, website delivery and email support. Information may be handled on service-provider systems and processed outside your country. We do not sell personal information.

If confirmation with activity participants is needed, we consider the purpose and scope of sharing and consult you beforehand where necessary. Except where legal requirements or similar obligations apply, we avoid unnecessary disclosure to third parties. We retain information according to enquiry and operating needs and work to organize or delete information no longer needed.

8. Information management and enquiries

We limit access to service accounts to what is necessary and work to prevent unauthorized access and misdirected communications. For requests to check, correct or delete your information, contact supportcircle.jp@gmail.com. After verifying the person and relevant information, we explain what can be done individually.

9. Policy updates

We review this page and its update date when site functionality or information handling changes. Significant changes will be announced on the site where appropriate.
