A project planned and operated by Support Circle

Support Circle — Shien no Wa, an unincorporated voluntary association, is in contact and sharing information with Noah’s Ark Ipoh Animal Welfare while managing the Japan-side crowdfunding campaign and public communication.

Campaign goal: JPY 1,000,000. Check CAMPFIRE for the current amount and campaign deadline.

Why rebuilding support is needed

The campaign page explains that a fire in April 2026 caused major damage to the facility. Supporting rescued dogs and cats requires not only buildings, but living spaces, equipment and hygienic conditions.

Local and Japan-side roles

Support Circle handles campaign planning and management, information sharing and progress reports to supporters. The project owner plans to manage the funds and use them for necessary restoration expenses.

Noah’s Ark Ipoh Animal Welfare helps confirm damage and repair needs and shares photographs and restoration information. This does not mean Support Circle operates the local shelter itself.

What the funds support

Main intended uses are shelter repairs, living spaces for dogs and cats, cages and equipment, and hygiene improvements. Necessary spending will proceed after checking local conditions.

Payment and service fees may apply. The full goal amount is not necessarily available for construction costs. Check the campaign for current conditions.

Reporting verified progress and use of funds

The plan is to coordinate materials and work, proceed with restoration and publish reports. Timing may change with local conditions. Completed work, transfers and spending will be reported separately from plans after verification.
