ACTIVITY REPORTS
Our reporting policy: following support beyond the donation
Verification dates, sources and use of funds: what matters in our activity reports.

We report what can be confirmed
Articles use information confirmed with beneficiaries, families or activity participants, or published campaign information. We distinguish directly confirmed information from articles introducing public information and state sources and verification dates.
Transfers and use of funds are reported separately
Payment collection, payout from a payment provider, onward transfer and actual spending are different stages. Future financial reports will explain confirmed dates, currencies, amounts, fees and uses. Funds being available for payout alone does not demonstrate a completed onward transfer.
We check privacy before publishing
Medical information, children’s photographs, personal names and transfer records require careful handling. We check publication permission and do not disclose bank-account numbers or unnecessary identifying details.
When there is no new report
We do not publish unverified information to meet an update frequency. We add articles when new facts about treatment or use of funds are confirmed. At the time of this article’s publication, no new report demonstrating Support Circle transfers had been published.
